Baskets & Beyond and Elaine's Slices of Heaven have merged their facilities together so we can bake and ship straight from the oven! During non-peak seasons, our customer service department is opened from Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm. We are not opened on Friday because we don't pack and ship towards the last day of the week. As a result,the bread will not be "stuck" in a UPS warehouse over the weekend. Any orders placed prior to Friday can be arranged to arrive on Fridays. You can pick up Slices of Heaven bread at Inlow's Country Market & Deli, which is located 2 blocks away from Baskets & Beyond's previous retail location. Or, you can pre-order a gift basket at our customer service department 1-888-838-4438 and we will gladly drop off that item at Inlows for your convenience.
